I installed this smart deadbolt on my basement door, and it has been working perfectly. The setup was easy, and it connected to my phone without any issues. Love this lock. So I can’t lock it from a different location or too far from it with your phone, but it’s still super amazing. Great app, great features, super easy to use and set up, it locks perfectly and you can create a code for each person. And for visitors you can make a temp code or I just give them the key card like a hotel would when they come to stay. Works like a charm, great price, and it tells you when it’s locked and unclocked with a voice. I don’t want to say it’s noisy when locking it does make a locking and a motorized sound but nothing that would bother anyone, except your pets knowing your home ir leaving the house. But connects perfectly and I literally have zero complaints. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Such promise, but a total dud.
I bought this as an alternative to spending $250 on the name-brand version. I checked the reviews and thought it was worth a try. When it arrived, it was extremely easy to install and worked right out of the box. I set up the code, and it worked fine. I tried to set up the fingerprint recognition, and although the app said it was OK, I was never able to get it to work. I wasn’t too worried about it as long as the keypad worked. Two days in, I was really pleased with myself. Then, when my wife tried to open the door, none of the lights lit up. I replaced the batteries, and it worked fine again. Until the next day, and nothing worked. The numbers did not light up, it didn’t respond, and the app wouldn’t open up the door either. Luckily, someone was in the house. I removed the back of the lock, adjusted the batteries slightly, and it started to work again. Now it only works if you remove and then reinsert the battery before you use it. This obviously does not help when nobody else is in the house. The autolock function doesn’t work either. I now have to buy the expensive name-brand one because we are worried we will be locked out of our house. In theory, this is a great product at a great price, but it’s totally unreliable. And, of course, when I went to return it, the product return window had gone.

Works fine mostly
Installation was straight forward. I replaced an existing keyed deadbolt with this smart lock on our guest house. Makes things much easier for providing access to guests. If you have ever installed a door lock you will have no problems. Programing access is intuitive and simple. Key cards are readily available here on Amazon. Fingerprint function has been hit or miss. When using the number pad you must touch the pad to wake it and then enter passcode which I find a bit quirky. I get false or delayed notifications on occasion. I did receive an update recently so we will see if it helps. All other functions work fine.I had a gateway from another source and this lock connected with no issues. I can lock and unlock the deadbolt from wifi with no issues. You must be within Bluetooth range to manage settings and to add access codes/cards. Bluetooth connection can be difficult as it does not connect consistently so you have to try numerous times.

I absolutely love this lock!! It’s so functional; we can unlock it for our adult children or temporarily for visiting friends or other family members. The app is incredibly user-friendly; setting fingerprint passwords, numeric passwords, and even temporary key fobs is much easier than I imagined. The lock has always been very stable and reliable. I especially love that it also comes with a physical key.

Great lock, for just over a year..
We have had this lock for about 15 months and we have loved it! Unfortunately, now the fingerprint scanner rarely works. Upon closer inspection the scanner is cracking as you can see in the picture. I feel like for the price we may have gotten our moneys worth, but really don’t want to have to change locks every year or two, so may have to look at a more expensive option soon.

When the keypad if it is in the sun, it warms up and the buttons don’t work because it uses temperature from your finger to turn on the display so be mindful of this when installing always have a key on you other than that, it operates properly and is good quality
