This tripod is much easier to carry, and is plenty rigid for my various cameras — Fuji X-T5, Sony RX-10, etc. The Arca-Swiss mount is exactly what i need, plus I really like the carry bag. Good value, excellent build quality. Happy camper!

When you need something lightweight and functional……
Had an event to go to and couldn’t find my carbon tripod. So what does one do when they have Amazon Prime? Of course, nothing except shop for a replacement. I ordered this tripod and was good to go. It was of good quality, the right height (adjustable) and the legs sections were easy and smooth to move. The carrying bag kept it all together for carrying. I recommend this tripod.

Great height, versitile light weight sturdy tripod! Value for money!
I am a professional architecture and interior photographer and also do videography. Was looking for a tripod that is light yet stable and sturdy (since my equipment can be heavy i.e. tilt shift/telezoom lenses, and expensive). This K&F tripod ticked all the boxes and the price point is perfect.This tripod has an excellent and smooth quick release system which is important for me especially when moving from location to location during the critical lighting window for outdoor shots.The tripod’s height is impressive and it can be extended with an option to attach additional weight at the centre of gravity point to make it even more secure.The tripod’s colour is vibrant and the finishing is smooth.I personally prefer twist locks for the tripod legs, although this is definitely a matter of personal preference. The legs can also be extended outwards using the quick release clip to have an even lower height. This may be particularly helpful when trying to get a lower vantage point for artistic reasons, such as when focussing on the foreground.Would definitely reccomend as a studio or outdoor tripod or even for events and travel! Carbon fiber tripods are ideal for travelling.

Really nice tripod, but a bit shaky at full height
The build quality of this tripod is pretty good overall, especially for carbon fiber. The ball head and QR plate are solid. The tripod is super adjustable with some really great features.I love the compact design of it fully folded and it’s nice and light—really great for packing.The one negative for me was the fact it was a bit wobbly fully extended to its full height. I have a Canon 5D Mark III and when I had the center post all the way up and all of the legs fully extended, I found it was a bit wobbly and that’s just with a 40mm pancake lens and flash unit on the camera.The problem for me, as I saw it, were the final sections of the legs, which were also the thinnest sections. They tended to be slightly ’flexy’ with the center post all the way up. That concerns me when I will need to take full-length photos of some of the taller people I’ll need to photograph.At 60” (5 feet), the tripod feels good and stable; it’s that extra 7” extended that changes things.So many things to like about this tripod, but I don’t think I can use it for my regular work projects.

Works like I had hoped!
Purchased this for an upcoming trip to Canada. It was pressed into duty for a close friend of my wife as I needed to be the photographer for her wedding and then off to Canada.Pros:Lightweight and comes with its own bag.One leg screws off and the main shaft screws on top to make a mono pod.The head is pretty sturdy and the ball allows for virtually unlimited adjustments.The bubble level is a plus.The legs “splay” out for great low level shooting.Used it with a Nikon Coolpix and it was very sturdy, in particular in the wind. It just needed to be oriented correctly.Adjusts easily.Camera can be used upside down as the main shaft comes out and can be inserted in an inverted manner.Cons:There are a lot of extensions on the legs, so be prepared.There are two height adjustments on the main shaft. One that is at the tripod, and the other is at the top of the shaft. Not a bad thing if you discover it…LOL…Not sure how much abuse this one will absorb so pack it carefully for a rugged trip or pack out. I packed mine in my hardside suitcase.IMHO, this one is a winner for the casual photographer.

Perfect hiking/backpacking tripod but sturdy, flexable and strong enough for studio too!
I tried this 60″ carbon fiber tripod mainly for two reasons: I had tried and been happy with other K&F Concept products and I wanted a new hiking/backpacking tripod. I was a bit hesitant to start since these are priced competitively compared to other name-brand tripods I’ve had in the past so I wondered about value. But I have to say that I am totally pleased-even thrilled- with this purchase!The K&F is obviously a very good product; well built with quality material, tight tolerances and attractively designed and finished. From the functioning of the head down to the operation of the legs, it simply works well…VERY well. While I got this to throw on a backpack for the occasional hike and landscape shoot, with the stability and strength of this “little” tripod, I have used it for studio work as well. Even the included bag is well made and just right.K&F Concept is definitely more than ready and able to compete with the better known big boys and-in my book-it will win.I’ve been doing personal and professional photography for a few decades. K&F Concept is my new go-to brand for the products they offer.

Light and sturdy at first! But then two components broke in the first couple of weeks. The first was a plastic gasket on the neck which cracked, after which I could not extend the tripod to its max height. Later a spring in one of the legs broke. I ended up returning the item.

A peine reçu et déjà déballé. Les plus: Trépied léger / Serrages bien pensés / Bonne finition / Compact une fois relié avec mme la possibilité d’inverser totalement les pieds ce qui rend l’article encore plus compact pour le transport / Plateau universel, second plateau universel avec fixation GSM / Crochet sous la colonne principale pour y suspendre son sac et ainsi améliorer la stabilité / Serrages bien dimensionnés / Ball Head / Possibilité de changer de tête / Niveau à bulle / Monopode avec poignée mousse / livré avec son sac de transport qui semble assez robuste *** Les moins à présent: Pour moi je ne vois qu’un seul point “négatif” c’est le fond de la colonne en mode “monopode” cad pour utiliser l’article en monopode il faut utiliser la branche avec la poignée mousse, pas de problème, et il faut compléter avec la colonne centrale. Pour ce fair il faut dévisser le fond de la colonne, mais ensuite, une fois la colonne centrale retirée et le monopode assemblé, que faire de ce bouchon? Et la branche privée de son extension expose le pas de vis… Il aurait fallu pouvoir visser le bouchon sur la branche exposée, de cette façon pas de risque de perte du bouchon et pas de risque d’éléments indésirables dans le tube. Rien de grave en soi, juste dommage. Sinon il me semble parfait et je suis presque prêt à mettre en vente mon ancien et pourtant robuste matériel devenu trop lourd pour moi. Dernier point, comme toujours, à voir si ce trépied se montrera aussi fidèle et robuste au long des ans. Wait and see.
