A Versatile C Shape Rig Low Position Shooting System from Fantaseal
I have been looking for a mount/tripod that could help me to stabilize pictures/videos taken when I’m shooting at a lower angle. I saw this C Shape Rig Low Position Shooting System on Amazon and made the purchase right away.The package contains C-shaped shooting system, Action camera mount, Action camera slide lock mount, Smartphone mount, and Cleaning cloth. There is no user manual included and the product itself is pretty much self-explanatory. This shooting system can be setup in multiple ways for different situations. The C-shaped stabilizer itself is made of ABS material and it’s fairly light. The build quality is good and the unit feels solid/durable in hand. On top of the C-shaped stabilizer is a square shaped bracket that would work with the included smartphone mount and light modules (not included). The base of the stabilizer has a standard 1/4″ thread mount which can be adjusted to different positions and angles. The included smartphone mount is consist of 2 major pieces – one flexible bracket with a square shaped base and one smartphone mount clamp. The smartphone mount clamp can be extended to fit phones up to roughly 3.3″ (It can fit iPhone 6s Plus without a case) and there is padding on the clamps to prevent damage to the smartphone. This smartphone mount clamp can be mounted on the standard 1/4″ thread so it can also be used on the lower base to take picture/video with a smartphone.What I usually do with the stabilizer is 1. smartphone on top and action camera/DSLR on lower base – smartphone can be used as an external screen for action camera in this case. 2. smartphone on lower base for low angle shots. 3. smartphone on top for high-angle shots. I have only listed a few possible configuration here and I believe there are still quite a few useful configurations out there.

Go To Gear For Guerrila Filmmakers
My go to gear for filmmaking, the mount is sturdy and can adapt to any camera device either phone or DSLR. Great for run and gun filmmaking with a steady smoothness when walking but needs better control when moving fast. The size is definitely compact for keeping gears small and simple on the go. I am very pleased and happy with this purchase.

Better for mirrorless / compact DSLR than full kitted out cinema camera
Bought it for a student film project to do some handheld camera work and it did the job! Much easier to hold a Blackmagic Cinema camera with a mounted shotgun mic that way.Did about 40 minutes of shooting and the weight of the camera took its toll on the frame, warping slightly. You can see the camera leaning forward in the cage in my photo. After that one of the joints slid open when I was picking the camera up by the cage (fortunately I caught the camera). The whole setup is slightly soft plastic (frame, joints, baseplate) aside from screws so the whole thing has a lot of flex. Way too easy to overtighten the screw to hold the camera body to the baseplate and I struggled to unscrew it later.That said, I’m not unhappy with it because it was only ~$30 and my teacher praised how the handheld footage looked. If I use it again with a BM, I’ll be careful picking it up, but otherwise I think it’ll be great for my mirrorless Sony Alpha ZV-E10.

great for self stablizing recording equipment for creative shots
Easy to assemble, durable, super lightweight and a great tool to get different shots. I will say, do not use if you don’t have a very good self stabalizing camera.this does not function like a gimble so unless your camera has remarkable stabilizing capabilities, I don’t recommend. this is great for multi device shooting and comfort for certain angles and movement that you normally can’t do when holding your camera.

Made filmmaking easier!
I felt like a true filmmaker when I got this for my small travel videos. My Canon EOS M50 has terrible stabilization, and I needed something that would hold the camera steady while filming. This is a multi-functional camera holder that can be customized to hold whichever camera you need. It has three different shoe mounts for all the camera attachments. I was able to put my RODE microphone on the top while I film. The build quality is very sturdy, so I was able to make rough movements and not have to worry about my camera falling off. It also works really well for the stabilization. It made my videos look ten times better than holding the camera in my hands.This mount is a must have for those at home filmmakers like me!

It’s fine, does the job but…
I bought this because my other phone holder broke and I tend to record videos so this is an essential piece for me. The issue that I have right off the bat is that the ball joint that you tighten becomes very loose and that’s something that I do not like I really like something that remain sturdy. Also, the metal tightener rattles so I put a piece of masking tape over to prevent it from making noise when I’m filming. Other than that I would say the economics of this work well but I think they could be improved especially when your phone is pretty large, it can prevent you from fitting your phone correctly or just right so you can record. Altogether I would give a 3.5/5 rating. It does the job, but there are better versions you can buy.

Ho finalmente avuto la possibilità di utilizzarlo, non in acqua ma per delle riprese con la mia videocamera. Ho installato sopra un faretto led (comprato sempre su Amazon) coì da poter espandere il fascio di luce. Risultato: molto comodo e maneggevole seppur non piccolissimo (è studiato per l’installazione di una reflex ma è molto versatile). Si può sfruttare per l’attacco di diversi accessori. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Spedizione puntuale.

I’ve only used it once, but it was so much easier to record video. I would definitely use it more for my video. I just took a little bit of time to understand how to fix it ^^

Acheté pour ma GoPro : Fixation facile. Nombreux accessoires mais sans notice d’emploi. Ne permet pas une stabilisation à 100% mais après plusieurs essais, les mouvements sont moins visible en mode video y compris lorsqu’on marche. Possibilité de le poser avec très bonne stabilité ce qui laisse pas mal de possibilités pour filmer ou photographier à distance ou en posant l’appareil en hauteur par exemple. Je recommande.
