Installation of the rearview mirror dash cam is easy, but the rear camera is a little more complicated. Once you receive the product, you can access the installation video and follow along with the steps.
Is it possible to connect to USB C to power the device without a cigarette lighter?
USB power supply may have voltage instability, we can send you a hardware kit to power the device. After connecting the hardware kit, you can turn on the parking monitoring mode of the dash cam.
When reversing, can it automatically switch to the rear camera? Is there reverse lane assist?
If you correctly connect the red wire of the rear camera cable to the positive pole of the reverse light, when you reverse the car, it will automatically switch to the rear camera screen, and the reverse auxiliary line will appear on the screen.

Great product, Superb Customer Service
I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the “actual” install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen.I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit.After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles.I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Amazon as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE.I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing).Highly recommended!

This mirror is a very nice thing to have in my truck. The camera view being able to pan up/down is pretty neat and doesn’t affect what’s saved to the SD card. The camera resolution seems to be pretty good. Vision at night is about as good as it can be on the rear camera, given the lighting situation… It’s excellent on the front camera given that you’re not one of those drivers that doesn’t believe in driving with lights… The GPS module keeps up with vehicle speed pretty well. However, despite all these good things, I must mention that my one issue that I have with this is that a black box with a lock symbol on it appears on the screen OFTEN, blocking the view on the mirror. At this point, I end up driving with the screen off and using it as a normal mirror while it still records in the background.*****EDIT: I was contacted by Alia from Wolfbox regarding the “black box with a lock symbol”. Apparently that means that the G-sensor has detected enough force to think that there may have been a collision, and thus saves the current recording from being overwritten later on. Very good feature, I just wish that they would’ve made that a little more clear. Setting the sensitivity to Low fixed this issue. I drove 45 miles today without incident. I’ve been very happy about it :)I should mention that I was initially offered a refund on the mirror. I didn’t know I was even being contacted until I checked my email for something entirely unrelated, and after a while, Alia had let me know what that lock was about. By the end, I was offered a free hardwire kit. Funny enough, I actually bought one with this mirror. But I didn’t take the refund, nor the hardwire kit.If Wolfbox would make the “collision detected” lock’s purpose more clear on the mirror (rather than just a mysterious lock), then I would be perfectly content with it. But again, otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I love it, it’s great (now that I know there’s nothing wrong with it other than the G-sensor having its sensitivity too high), and I’ve caught video of many rude and reckless drivers that shouldn’t’ve even been able to get their license out of that cereal box. And thank you so much, again Alia! 🫶

Recomended! Few things to improve but still a great device
So far I am happy with this device, video and audio quality is very good, front angle is very wide, back camera angle is not that wide but still you can catch a lot of things happening at your back. The menus and the tactil screen are easy to use, really friendly and easy to operate. Installation is simple but you still have to manage according to your car interior/exterior to properly route the cables so they fit neat and also to perform the connection to the reverse light positive line; is a matter of patience, in my case with a Mitsubishi Montero was kind of tricky to pass the lines to the back door but still OK. Regarding some things I would like to be improved is the reflection of the screen, which is not that superclear as a normal mirror, but I can still clearly see what I need, also the reflection angle is not that wide. Another one is that everytime I switch off the car, date and time info is reset to last value, so if you want updated info you have to connect the mirror to the mobile app every time you start the car, but is something can be managed if you use a permanent power connection, not like in my case that I’m using the 12V plug. Last to be improved is the reverse parking lines, you can adjust them but honestly they are not that useful, specially if the location of the camera is not under the plate light (as suggested).Despite of the details to be improved, it’s a very helpful, easy to use device, specially in these times when you have to drive inmersed in so much intolerance, crazyness and madness on the road. Recomended!

C’est un super équipement avec une très bonne caméra 4k avant et 1080 AR simple a installer de plus le SAV et au top. Répond rapidement aux questions.Je souhaite faire quelques remarques qui pourraient sans doute améliorer l’estetique. La longueur moins de 12 pouces est parfaite entre les 2 pare soleil mais ce serait peut être bien de mettre le caméra av dessous afin que le moniteur soit parfaitement centré sur le rétroviseur d’origine dernier point je trouve que prise unique cachée derriere la caméra si elle est positionnée dessus l écran serait invisible de face ce qui éviterait les 3 prises qui se trouve actuellemet au dessus et qui ne sont pas esthétique voilà merci pour ce super matériel

No solo para el coche, sino en general.Es simplemente todo lo que esperas de un producto completo: cumple a la perfección, muy bien hecho, todo funciona a la primera, bien rematado, fácil de instalar, y para rematar un servicio de atención de los que se ven pocos, rápidos, amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema. En mi caso, mi agradecimiento a Mark que me atendió fenomenalmente bien a una consulta, más allá de lo que esperaba.He puesto dos imágenes con dos situaciones de iluminación difícil y muy distintas, y en la realidad se ve mejor de lo que se muestra. Volver a un espejo tradicional se me hace ya muy difícil, el angular de la cámara te da muchísima información extra.La app completa, va bien y no falla.En resumen, muy, muy satisfecho. Desde que ves el embalaje sabes que las cosas pintan bien.Eso sí, pide el kit de cable ODB, simplifica todo y la experiencia es completa. No he probado la función de la marcha atrás, era la que menos me interesaba a priori, pero estoy seguro que irá igual de bien.

Tuve la buena suerte de conseguir esta cámara en promoción en el prime day y en verdad es muy buen producto. Buena resolución, instalación bastante sencilla, muy buena calidad. Yo buscaba un producto no tan caro y que me diera una opción para aumentar la seguridad de mi auto y este tiene una muy buena relación calidad – precio.Lo único que tengo que comentar es que si tú auto tiene sensores de lluvia o ADAS tal vez tenga la posición de los mismos estorbe a la cámara frontal si lo instalas sobre el espejo retrovisor de tu auto, pero si no es tu caso lo recomiendo totalmente.
