I mainly bought them for Google Home Integration and white led. I can safely say that warm white glow they provide beings out nice ambience. These being pretty thick it’s difficulty to bend them around corners.The controller also emits low coil whine sound when running. It’s not audible all the time but when you notice it it can drive you crazy. I had the same issue on two separate orders

I originally thought it was going to be kinda of crappy or missing something for such a cheap price. But it worked perfectly with my other part that I had. The colors and lighting matches up perfectly with my starting part that has everything else. One thing you want to remember is that this won’t work with out the part so like a 6 foot strip already (see image 3). This is an extension after all.

Functionally same as 25249, but different “warm white” color
(TLDR buy 25249 if you care about warm white quality)Was looking for some LED strips in the Wiz ecosystem since I already have a set of bulbs from them as well. I found that searching for “wiz LED strips” yielded a ton of results with no discernable difference other than length, but read elsewhere that the 6.6ft strips are the most likely to have dedicated warm white leds, so I ordered the two I saw (this one, and the one labeled 25249).I leave my wiz bulbs on “Warm white” most of the time, and “Cozy” the rest, so I was mainly concerned about the warm white color. Surprisingly, after setting these both up next to each other, I found that the tone of the white is significantly different. 25249 has a warmer/slightly redder tone, whereas these are more yellow. Subjectively I really dislike the yellow tone of these leds, but they also just don’t match the warm white tone of the other wiz bulbs I have. Aside from that these are functionally equivalent, and they are fine LED strips, but also more expensive than 25249 so why bother.The one star is really for the lack of useful information from Phillips/Wiz. Product specifications are vague and useless, marketing material is written to be digestible at a preschool level, and product photos are so blurry you can’t even tell what you’ll be getting. If there are multiple versions of the same product listed on the same site, they should be clearly delineated, or at least I should be able to zoom in on the product photo enough to be able to see how many pins there are on the strips. I shouldn’t have to buy both strips to figure out which ones have dedicated white leds, or if there are differences in the light color. I’ll be moving away from the Wiz ecosystem soon if this trend of dumbing everything down keeps up.

Easy to Install, but can be problematic
These are easy to setup, but can be very problematic if you change to a New Phone. You need to remember to send yourself an INVITATION to JOIN your light if you are going to change your PHONE.
