My Family Now Thinks We’re Secret Agents
I bought this 4-pack of walkie talkies thinking they’d just be handy for camping. I did NOT expect my entire household to suddenly act like we’ve joined an undercover mission. These things work way too well. I can hear my kids whispering “copy that, over” from across the yard like they’re directing a NASA launch.The range seems great from the yard to the house.The battery? Lasted longer than my willingness to chase the kids around pretending to be security.The earpieces? Made me feel like I was in a low-budget Mission Impossible, but honestly It was great watching my to little kids entertain each other and us.We used them on a hike and instantly became that family, the one everyone else hears saying “Team Alpha, do you copy?” instead of just enjoying nature. But it made the trip hilarious, and they worked perfectly the whole time.Type-C charging is super convenient, the audio is surprisingly clear, and the dual PTT makes you feel like you have walkie-talkie superpowers.Would absolutely buy again. Overall good but some reception issues
Great range radio to radio however the NOAA channels won’t come through unless I hold the antenna.

Good for family
Great for the neighborhood. I can get about 5 blocks in a dense neighborhood which is far enough for the kids to travel around. My 4 year old can press the button and communicate on his own after some training.

Sound quality
I ordered 4 of these. Volume at full and it is hard to understand what the other person is saying on walkie talkie. Sound is not good, and if you are in a little bit of noisy environment, then good luck understanding. You have to repeat 2 or 3 times to get it right. Also, quality of sound coming from speaker is pathetic. I would not recommend this particular brand.
