Great lock easy to install, works well love the app to adjust when you have a house full of people coming in and out, or when it just the wife and I love the security of auto lock time: 30sec, 1 min and more

I do not think saying I love these is adequate. The simplicity of installation, the handy app, setting our codes, fingerprints, and locking settings, plus allowing us to set temporary codes for our house sitter and similar situations. Plus, they look incredible.

I put it on my door and is excellent, keep im mind that is is not nickel color in both sides,the sade that is inside it is black and outside will be the color that you choose! it works well and good flr what i paid. it is also easy to install

Easy install and seamless app interface.
Very easy installation. Interface with app is seamless. Had a small problem connecting to bluetooth. I did not connect the wire inside during installation properly. Operator error. Once I fixed that the deadbolt would not engage. Called customer service who were awesome. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app and it worked great after that.

Very happy with this. The instructions were easy to follow. They had their phone number listed if there were problems and QR code for videos. Great price.

Faulty
Works great until it doesn’t. All of a sudden it will disconnect from Bluetooth and you can’t get in. I had my children’s fingerprints programmed and randomly one day after school. They just couldn’t get in and even when I tried to access it through the app I was unable to unlock the door, no matter which way I tried
