This is a 6 star drone
This is the whole package! I’ll start by saying this is my 3rd drone (technically 4th but I’ll get into that.The first drone I purchased from another company was an inexpensive drone just to see if I’d enjoy it. It flew great and took great pics and videos but I had to use my cell phone with the remote and it not only was annoying but made my Google pixel 10 pro xl very hot. Now I knew I wanted a drone with a remote screen. I purchased another drone for a few more dollars and although they said 4k the camera was horrible as was the angle of the camera range of motion. I proceeded to do more research and found Bingchat. I must have emailed them 20 times with questions that were answered almost immediately. It seemed like this was going to be the one. I wasn’t crazy about spending the amount of money but it’s worth it if it’s everything I’m looking for. So I pulled the trigger and purchased it. It was amazing right away. I got some great pics and videos and didn’t even scratch the surface of all the features. By my third flight I was having a ball and taking more risks and flying higher and faster. Well I misjudged a turn and the drone hit a tree and was stuck about 60 feet in the air. I had to tie a chain 20 feet up the tree and use a tractor to shake it loose. Unfortunately the drone didn’t survive the crash. Which leads me to drone #4. For 99.00 I was able to get a replacement body and camera and was flying again in just a few days. Lesson learned! I did have an issue with one of the batteries overheating while charging and again I emailed the company and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement. They even asked me about my accident which was very considerate of them. The tablet is crystal clear and can do anything a regular tablet can do other than just be a remote controller. I bought it before the Black Friday sale of course I had no idea that the price would go down so if you read this and the sale is still available jump on it. If it’s over then I still recommend it. I will say the majority of the time my emails were answered by Ella and she was truly friendly and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. The drop feature is something I just started to play with and it’s going to be a hit with my dogs. I also want to add that the battery life is much better than the other 2 drones I purchased by a long shot.

Used once and worked tried to use it again and it would not work. I would suggest buying another model.

Amazing features for the money and +++SUPPORT
The drone market is very tricky. So dealing with a over seas companies can be a strain.BUT NOT SO HERE. EXCELLENT COMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Allen in their service department should be in every company you deal with. Honest and fast and delivers the service you need. Would do business with him in a,heart beat.The drone was well built the extra long life batteries a plus camera video was very professional but did have a bit of prop better at the top of frame. Controller very easy to use unfortunately there is very little access to the software adjustments This is where Allen was very helpful. This is not a professional drone like others but has a amazing assortment of expensive features found in the high price ones. One being the air drop feature.Hope this helps.Adam

Not to pleased
I returned this drone. I gave been flying drones for the last 10 years so at first fit a couple flights it only went about a 1/2 like then low signal and the screen was freezing. Couple days later I did a follow me mode and as I was sitting on my Harley stationary about to go the drone took off and crashed so unless I just had a bad unit or what I did return it.

I am very impressed with this drone! The camera quality is outstanding, and the video is clear and stable. It is easy to control, even for beginners, and the instructions are simple to follow. The battery life is good, and the drone feels very durable and well-built.I also love how smooth the flight is and how quickly it connects to the phone. It performs exactly as described and has exceeded my expectations.Overall, an excellent drone for the price. Highly recommended!

Great customer service
Customer service is excellent. My first flight was 30ft high and about 60ft away and it just fell out of the sky and broke. Customer service sent me a new body, but do to weather I’m unable to try again. This drone can’t be flown without GPS. Other brands offer flight without GPS. I will do a follow-up once I get to fly this one again

Controller not charging
I am writing this review because I had an issue with my controller and the customer service was quick and responsive and reliable and solve my issue in 24 hours and fixed the problem. Rarely do you see this kinda of response for seller on Amazon I would recommend this company to anyone who what a good drone with great customer service. Thanks

Controller screen freezes unexpectedly
The controller screen was freezing randomly when I use the drone and drone was having issues getting the commands. After restarting the controller issue keeps happening unexpectedly.
