A lot of functions, easy to set up
Solid, stylish door handle, with a lot of different functionality! The code entry is expected, and works exactly as described.. but the great features of this door handle/lock is the fingerprint and card options. Fingerprint is easy to set up, quick to open, and easy to use. You can set up 100 fingerprints, so everyone in your family can have access without a key. And it also includes 4 small cards to attach to key chains, or keep wallet for easy access if needed. Both work great and make locking/unlocking the door a breeze. It also includes 2 standard keys as backup. Seems really solid and well made. And has a stylish look.

Looks great…but that’s it.
Installation was easy, replaced a previous lock. However, of the 5 FOBs, 4 would unlock and one would not. But then I realized any fingerprint opened the door…and I didn’t program any in! So security it is not and was going to return. But wait, there’s more! Today the latch won’t retract at all…the door will not close. I will have to disassemble and remove this lock and replace it. Avoid this one!

Love-hate relationship
This door lock has a lot of great features to it. Nice design, fingerprint and password control, hard key, key fob, Tuya app lock and unlock, app notifications. also there is a little button on the inside handle that you can hold down to permanently lock the outside handle or unlock it, which is really convenient. Dollar tree batteries will last for a couple months at a time. These are all things I love about it.Ok we covered the love part. Now the hate part – if you are relying on the fingerprint or password to unlock the door and let you in the house(or wherever you have it installed) there is a 50-50 chance you will be stuck outside, staring at the doorhandle thinking ” how am I going to get on now?” I probably have 10 fingerprints programmed of the same thumb and half the time it still doesn’t recognize it. You only get like three chances before the system is disabled. And 10 minutes later when it gives you another chance it normally works on the first try. Same ordeal with the passcode. It always gets me when I least expect it.The phone app works every time, even when the keypad and fingerprint reader are disabled.

Good for indoor use

Es muy buena en general, pero hay que tener cuidado con el seguro, cuando se activa y se cierra la puerta sin usar el maneral, hay que usar la app (administrador) si o si para poder abriri la puerta, es muy molestos cuandoOtra cosa con la que hay que tener cuidado es la orientación del perno central si está un poco más de un lado o del otro suele ser un problema de seguridad, ya que usar la cerradura en la dirección contraria abre la puerta

製品自体は素晴らしいのですが、色々と問題点があります。日本語取説はついているものの、「緑色航法燈は一度点滅し、声のプロンプトは”成功した記入項目”です」など、意味不明で使い物になりません。取り付け手順の図もわかりにくく、しかも作業の途中までしか記述がありません。同梱されている英語マニュアルのほうがまだマシ。製品はとても有用なのに、日本のユーザーへの配慮が欠けており評価を落とさざるを得ません。以下に評価を。◎はとても良い、◯は良い、△は今ひとつ、✕はダメなところ。◎単４乾電池４本で動く。バッテリー劣化と無縁。◎同様の製品の中では安価。◎指紋・暗証番号・ＩＣカード・メカニカルキー・スマホアプリと５種の解錠方法が用意されている。◎ＩＣカードが４枚付属。○色々なタッチの指紋を登録すれば認証はスムーズ。△暗証番号の入力は操作が煩雑。高齢者には無理かも。×本体が待機状態だとBluetoothで繋がらずスマホから設定できない。×説明書の日本語がめちゃくちゃでわかりづらい。×説明書の記述と製品が違うので混乱する。
