We LOVE our Shark!
We absolutely love this refurbished Shark! I was hesitant at first bc the price tag was so low, but I figured it was worth the risk. I got it during Prime Day as it was on sale. My previous roommates had this same model and it always cleaned up the pet hair from their two large huskies, so I knew this brand worked well. My house is around 1500 sq ft and it takes two passes to clean the house, charging in between for an hour or so. You also have to charge it for a couple of hours right out of the box as it won’t start mapping until it’s charged up. It maps out the house quickly and gets to work! We were surprised at how much dirt it picked up every week considering we take our shoes off at the door and have no pets. It easily avoids large objects—only thing it doesn’t avoid is cords so make sure you don’t have any hanging down on the floor or the shark will suck them up and take them on an adventure (it dragged one of my phone chargers under the bed in the next room lol). The suction is great on our laminate flooring, bathroom tile and our rugs. We made sure to get a heavy rug so that the vacuum could go over it without getting stuck. This is a great and sturdy machine and we have no issues so far, we’ve only had it for a month but it works great.Side note: even though this was refurbished it looked brand new and even had the brand new stickers attached. Couldn’t tell it was refurbished at all.

I’m am so impressed and thrilled with my little Sharknado, it has helped me so much daily. I have it set to vacuum everyday at 9am and it does an amazing job. I was very pleasantly surprised!! I love that it self cleans. Has a great battery life, super easy set up. I works excellent on my hardwood floors and the carpet and move with ease throughout the house. And the price was very affordable. It’s also much quieter that I thought it was going to be. It’s not loud at all. I would honestly recommend this TO EVERYONE

I’ve been using the vacuums (bought 2, one for the main floor , one for the bedrooms) for two weeks now, so my initial thoughts are…I’m really very pleased with them. We have two Siberian Huskies and two cats, one being a double coated short haired (she obviously has some Russian Blue in her because that undercoat is all thick fluffy, she’s the very definition of ‘plush’) and they do a phenomenal job with the fur.I run them once a day, because even if it were winter and the Huskies were shedding less, you don’t know fluff until you’ve had a husky (let alone two. You *have* to vacuum every day) and they get the majority of the fur. Yes if I use the canister vac, which I do about every other week now, I will pick up a little more, but all things considered, the robots’ suction is very good. A full size vacuum will always have more suction because of size, but the robots manage to do a very good job.I love that I can just schedule cleanings and not have to worry about it. They’re very reliable that they start going every morning at 10 am whether I’m home alone not.They stick to the map pretty well. Every so often they seem to have a day where they just aren’t on their game and they skip things (even though nothing seems to be blocking their paths). I generally go through the house first thing in the morning and make sure everything is out of the way, no stray socks or dog toys.I have two issues, the main floor robot (we named it Wall-E) get overly confused in the kitchen. It spent about 30 minutes one day (that I know of) bouncing around in the tiny kitchen going over and over the same track. The day before it zipped through there just fine. The other issue is the bedroom floor robot (Eve) ignores the no go zone, and often get throughly confused by it when trying to enter the room next to the no go zone. The app also always wants to go in set up with Eve, if I just x out of that, it sees her and everything that was already set up. It’s not a big deal, it started happening after the WiFi went out one day, I suppose if I just tinkered with it it would sort out, but it’s really only an issue if I need to recall her to her base. Otherwise it acts like it’s set up, just have to x out of screens if I need to use the app for her.Besides the minor issues, I have to give them a top rating. They do their jobs really well, I love not having to vacuum every day and love not having fur everywhere. And the cat finds it endlessly entertaining chasing down the little side brushes as the robots go about their jobs.

DO NOT BUY if you are not in the US. Maybe don’t buy AT ALL.
I give one star because I cannot give zero. The app is NOT available in the Google app store for my country. I reached to Customer Service and they tell me this product was designed for US only. This is not showing on Amazon. I managed to download the app via another app store, via an apk file and had to deactivate almost EVERYTHING related to Google on my phone because it was not letting me open the app. Google play, Play Protect, everything had to be uninstalled, and even then, I got another message saying that I needed to activate Google Play back to check for updates on this app and didn’t let me access. So I uninstalled the app, did some more security deactivation stuff, restarted phone, installed the app again and then it worked, lets see how long it lasts.Had to install the app 3 times and check multiple videos, while deactivating everything just to make the app work. And, Im still not sure this will not happen again (As I am currently with the play store inactive). My guess is that when I activate the app store again we go back to step 1.So yeah, in 2025 there are products being sold on Amazon that are restricted to US only, that you cannot use 90% of its functionality depending on the country you are located.So if you are in Latin America, or maybe anywhere that is not the United States, DO NOT BUY SHARK PRODUCTS.1st update: On the second day of using it, it showed an error ” Front bumper obstructed, remove debris or obstructions”. Did everything possible, checked for debris, pressed all front bumper multiple times and nothing worked. At that point I said ” this will go to garbage” but somehow, left it for the whole day without touching it and the next day it worked. So, glitch? Maybe. Very unreliable? Yes.Still having to uninstall and re-install the app via apk file from time to time and keep all Google stuff off, just to make this thing work.

Was pretty disappointed in my reversed shark. The bristles were bent and warm and the moment I opened it I could smell a new but dirty vacuum smell. When I plugged it in and placed it on the doc it stated to empty. And after emptying twice and not cleaning anything it told me the base was full and needed to be emptied. It had nothing in it. After I downloaded the app and tried searching it it couldn’t find it, even after multiple troubleshoots.I’m sad and disappointed. I was so looking forward to using this
