Quick and easy storage addition
A reasonably priced, fast and easy addition to my computer storage. I purchased 2 of these as part of an external hard drive set up. Install, format, and you can be up and running. I have these drives literally sitting on my desktop, no heat, no noise. Based on SanDisk’s reputation, my past experience with the brand, and the manner in which I am using them, I expect the drives to last a good long time.

I cloned my old Seagate mechanical drive, which is more then 12 years old, to this new internal SSD Plus drive from Sandisk. 2TB old drive and 2TB new drive. The available size of new is absolutely identical to the size of old. Cloning was successful (almost three hours) and after installation new drive works flawlessly. Boot and programs run much faster than with old mechanical. So far all is good.
