Amazing printer!!
For anyone out there looking for a DTF printer I highly recommend this printer from Procolored. I was a little hesitant at first, but it’s a great printer. Great customer service is available anytime you need help IT is just a click away. It’s awesome.Previously, I have purchased a different DTF printer, and it was an honest nightmare. It was defective didn’t work. I had a very bad experience and customer service was awful so once again if you’re looking for a DTF printer, you’re starting a small business. I highly recommend this printer.

DO NOT BUY Mines a lemon they won’t refund I’ve replaced tons of parts spent over 50 hours with their “tech support” they want me to send to California for evaluation and won’t refund less than two months oldI purchased it Oct 26 received about a week later and waited about a week to try it. Printing weird the first couple times then got an error. The two top flashing red lights in sync. I have spent over 50 hours on tech-support with them which takes forever because you’re messaging them. They want videos you have to send them to yourself and then send them back to them. It takes forever they take a while to respond. It’s really unnecessary. It is wasted many days of my work hours trying to get anything going.they had me adjust some belts. They had me adjust some heights they sent me new parts. I changed the strip in the back. I changed a circuit board. They did software stuff multiple times they made excuses about speed. we did troubleshooting for days nothing happened. They sent me a bunch of parts. I went to turn it on to do a test strip to help. Keep the heads clean and magically. It started working one day. I spent all day printing everything. I could possibly imagine it was having a couple little ink issues but everything else was fine. I go to use it the next day and magically it quit again. The process of troubleshooting means you turn it off and turn it back on multiple times every time it runs like a cleaning cycle, which has wasted an entire set of ink in less than a month. I told them that and they said that they would refer to somebody else for compensation. no compensation was offered at that time. I tried to refund my purchase on Amazon twice they denied it twice saying they wanted me to do more tech-support saying that they’re trying to help me and I was refusing to do the next step which was kind of ridiculous I changed the parts they sent and that was the excuse: as I’ve already spent 50 hours of my time trying to troubleshoot their machine and I don’t work for them. When you spend about $2000 on a machine, you do not expect to turn into tech-support replacing parts and spending countless hours trying to get something to work. adjusting half the machine changing everything has been a complete waste of my time. It’s only worked really one day. The top two lights are flashing again. They can’t really figure out why I’ve dealt with at least four or five different tech people trying to troubleshoot things. The concept of the machine is great. The maintenance is ridiculous. The average person cannot keep up on it. It really needs messed with every single day. Even if you’re not using it, you need to run head cleanings and things like that daily which at the end of the day if it’s as much as I’m dealing with now, it cost me about $60 worth of ink in less than a month and I didn’t even make any prints not nearly that much.Secondary issue is their overflow tank. Just a horrible design in general when the ink gets pumped into that it’s typically bubbling. There is a breather valve on top basically a hole where the bubbles will pop and splatter out of leaving blackish ink all over the inside of the container so if you wasted your time buying something cute, white or pink it’s going to be ruined very quickly. It stains it and is unable to get out with any cleaning product that I have used so far, including rubbing alcohol there are other Products Clorox wipes, different cleaning products nothing has gotten the stains out so the fact that this thing is less than two months old and looks like it has been ridden hard his entire life is completely ridiculous. It is now mid December. They have no idea what is wrong with this item. They cannot fix it. They have sent me numerous parts. They want me to send it to California. They’re having me take out all the Ink package it up for travel, put it back in the original container and then ship it. They did offer me $100 compensation. In my opinion. I have bought this item to make some extra money before Christmas, I have bought a DTF oven. I have bought replacement inks multiple times. I have bought replacement paper just in case I have bought different DTF powders it is all added up including all my blank supplies, empty T-shirts tote bags, things like that hoping to make some extra money before the holidays instead, it just has cost me thousands. I feel like $100 hasn’t even covered the hours of time I’ve spent troubleshooting and replacing parts that they have sent me. she eventually updated to $300 like that would be a better compensation and that’s only after the item gets repaired in California. I said for all this time and effort you should definitely repair this item as it needs repaired and let it be somebody else’s problem, but they should’ve replaced mine with another one within a couple days after holding up my business and wasting all of my time. I have countless hours of it, going back-and-forth and just smashing as if it’s hitting something or freezing as if a laser is hitting something. Someone mentioned cleaning the overflow tank that did not matter at all.We have adjusted screws on the height of the machine. We’ve adjusted the laser level we’ve adjusted parts. We’ve changed the circuit board. We’ve adjusted some strip that goes in the back. We’ve adjusted the belt on the side. We adjusted numerous items that they had us doing with tech-support nothing has worked. I have taken this machine apart so many times I’m practically an expert at this point and still they cannot fix this. They do wirelessly go onto your computer a few times to “fix it.” with all the time and effort it was not worth it at all. I wish I could just get my money back and be done and then just try to sell all the other stuff elsewhere. I wish I could get all of my money back and never look at this type of printer again it’s absolutely been a complete waste of time and money not worth it.

Support for this printer has been excellent. The engineers helped with an issue immediately and got me back to printing in no time. The printer has performed well and I am very pleased with it.
