Love it!
LOVE my new door lock! Only wish I replaced my old, difficult lock with this super easy one years ago.Looks great and is so simple to use. No more trying to juggle groceries while trying to put a key in the lock. I just use my phone, one click, door unlocked! Amazing!

Not bad but could be better
I liked this lock but ended up returning it. It is great that it came as a complete set at a good price, and it looks nice. Installation was fairly straightforward but note that the handleset is shorter than others so you may need to drill a new hole for it to be installed. The lock itself works quite well; is fast and easy to operate. The keypad is very clear and easy to use; the key entry is hidden behind the fingerprint scanner, so it has a nice clean, simple look.However, I had several difficulties causing me to return it. First, You have to download and use a separate app which does not sync with my alarm network (Ring) – not terrible but could be better. Second, the fingerprint scanner did not work – it would simply not accept my fingerprints and the app repeatedly told me to reinstall the lock. And third, even though it says you can use Alexa to control it, the lock was never able to be recognized or controlled by Alexa.It is entirely possible that the technical issues I experienced could be overcome thru conversations with both Philips and Ring tech support but I decided if it was that difficult I didn’t want to have to deal with it, so I returned it and purchased a different brand of smart lock which easily connected to my alarm system and is easily controlled thru Alexa.

Great upgrade for any home! We did it to increase security in our new home. It was easy to install with instructions and videos for the product. Easy setup to connect to WiFi through the app. I love the fingerprint recognition feature and being able to have multiple codes for different family members. Fresh look and good quality!

Philips quality is the reason I chose this product.I had a couple of disappointments with other lesser known brands.I later chose this. installed it, and it is working well.I have assigned individual access PINs for other members of my family.The APP was fairly easy to use for the purpose of assigning PINs.Note: I had initially ordered the BLACK with Handles.However, I exchanged it for the same product in Silver without handles.

Beware – Terrible Quality
Total garbage product.Less than a month of use, and the interior door handle will not work, thus I am permanently locked out of getting out of my front door. The electronic deadbolt portion works fine, the latch does not.
