Reliable, bright and more features coming
Love all my hue bulbs. Can use a little tinkering to get the right color and brightness if you’re using smart home integrations but once you’re there they’re perfect. I have several of these around the house and looking forward to even more features with the hue bridge pro being released

Great Light!
I’ve had this light bulb for a couple of months now. It has some very nice features. Through the Philip Hue app, you can turn the light on and off on your phone. You can set up alarms through the app and have the light become brighter as you wake up. I think since I set this up, waking up has been a lot easier. However, the Bluetooth somewhat often gets disconnected, and it’s a bit of a hassle to pair the Bluetooth each time it happens. Overall, it’s worth it.

Value for your money
I love Philips Hue, they make great products. I have been looking for a light bulb from them that only does white light and NOT the color but I also wanted to adjust the color of white light to be the same color as an incandescent bulb, the color of LED bulbs is too hard on my eyes, so this is very important. Last year Philips had a light the did only white light, but it’s only one color, the only thing you can do is change the brightness, if you are fine with a light bulb that has a more blue shade of white light you can save some money and go with that one. This product lets you change to any color of white light you would like through the app.Pay attention to the name of the bulb and the number of watts. There are 3 types: 1: White (Only allows you to adjust the brightness and not the color) 2: White + Ambiance (Allows you to change the brightness and the color of white light) 3: Color + Ambiance (Does the same as White + Ambiance with the addition of changing the color to anything color of the rainbow)If you need a light bulb and don’t need color get this one they will save you some money over the color ones.

Reliable but low CRI
I have 6 of these connected via Thread. So far they’ve been very reliable. There’s no QR for Thread activation; you have type in the number.The color temperature range is fantastic. I just wish the CRI were higher than 80.

Good, dependable Smart Bulbs
I have had other brands of smart bulbs in the past, but nothing compares with the bulb quality and the app features available with HUE bulbs and related products (I am a fan of many HUE products, but not the HUE plug which lacks sufficient integration with other HUE app features, including simple on/off timer integration). After installing many of these bulbs I can recommend this product without reservation. I should mention that there is a limit to how many bulbs and devices (e.g., motion sensors) can be installed before a 2nd HUE bridge may be required. However, the integration of a 2nd bridge is painless (ignoring pain suffered by one’s pocketbook).

I love Hue lights
I have outfitted my entire home with Hue smart lights and I absolutely love it. Being able to have remote access is a really big deal for me, so that is a major factor in why I went with all Hue. The app isn’t absolutely perfect, but when you need it to work, it does. And it [can be, most of the time] is pretty simple. Also having fine control over the brightness is crucial. If you get the Ambience bulbs, you’re going to love setting the color tone.I do recommend using these bulbs in an outlet which has good air flow past it. If you keep it inside a can light or something like that, it will very likely burn itself out prematurely due to all the excess heat. But personally, I have- fingers crossed- not had a Hue bulb burn out on me in the over 5 years I’ve owned them.

En mi caso ya tenia el bridge asi que fue facil agregarlas y configurarlas.Tengo 4 focos para iluminar un area de 20m2 aprox y siento que es suficiente.Utilizo HomeKit en lugar de la app nativa para cambiar intensidad o temperatura y Siri no puede ajustar la temperatura, hay que crear escenas (Calida, Fria, Lectura…) para poder ajustar eso con comandos de voz, el proceso es muy sencillo pero algo tedioso si quieres tener multiples opciones preconfiguradas.Amazon fue la opcion con el mejor precio (Aun con las tarifas de importacion) a comparacion de tiendas fisicas o en linea.

La calidad de la luz Phillips, con color desde super cálido hasta frio frio, controlable con Hue y otros sistemas inteligentes sin problemas. Es bastante brillante, aunque me gustaría que fuera solo un poquito más, a 1500 lm…. la puse en una lámpara colgante sobre la mesa de comedor y para comer está muy bien, pero a veces para trabajar cosas un tantito extra estaría mejor. El único problema como siempre con Phillips es el costo algo elevado… pero bueno, a la fecha sus focos nunca me han fallado.
