Works great and reliable
Very easy to set up. Can operate all three outlets together or each one independently. Has been outside for three months in the wind, rain, and bad storms, and has not yet failed or lost connection.

Plug died early but happy with Customer Service
Bought this smart plug about 20 months ago, it was exactly what I wanted to independently control 3 outdoor plugs, mainly for decorative/mood lighting in the side bonfire area. Integrated very easily with Alexa. Well, I realized it was not responding so I brought it inside, tried to do a factory default or see if there were any status indicator, nothing, Dead. Contacted Meross support, they confirmed that that they could not support the plug after the 12 month warranty but offered a 15% rebate and a 2 year warranty if I give them another chance. So I did recently purchase a new plug, I guess this is the actual product review, and again it integrated very easily into Alexa, also supports Apple if you need it. Haven’t taken it outside and plugged anything in yet but the testing in the house was perfect. Only giving this review 4 stars because I expected the original plug to last long than 19-20 months, maybe that is on me. However, their customer service was above and beyond what I expected, am very happy with their quick responses and their offer to help make up for my inconvenience, especially since I was past the manufacture’s warranty. Now hoping the new plug lasts me several years.

Seldom used, now completely dead
I bought this a couple of years ago to use the remote capabilities to turn on and off my Halloween and Christmas decorations. It was unplugged the rest of the year. The device was used (and stored) in my garage and never subjected to the elements ever. It worked ok for the first couple of times and when I plugged it in today, it is completely dead. I went to their website for suggestions and and after difficultly finding it – I tried their factory reset suggestion. No good, it’s a complete hardware failure. I looked for their warranty and of course it’s one year. If you want a device that will stop working as soon as the warranty ceases, get this. If you don’t want to waste your money look elsewhere.

Awesome
This is really cool – and works with HomeKit! I can control each individual plug with voice command and set automations for each, as well. It’s currently controlling the giant skeleton out front and powering entertainment for the neighborhood. It was super easy to set up and came with pretty clear instructions.

Llegó súper rápido, mucho antes de lo previsto y en perfectas condiciones (aunque la caja venía cortada). La calidad de los materiales se ve y se siente muy bien, es muy fácil de configurar gracias a su único botón de power/reset y en resto se hace desde la app Home y de Meross. Lo compré para las luces en la jardinera de mi terraza y funciona perfectamente.
