Basically Brand New – Great Surprise!
The OLED Switch’s item description was “Excellent Condition – Refurbished” so I was skeptical of whether or not that was true.. when it arrived however, I was completely surprised.This Switch seems like it’s never even been used before! The OLED Screen and joycons were in perfect condition, quite literally no signs of use, scratches, smudges, or any cosmetic damage. It came in its original packaging and included all the normal accessories. The Switch was obviously imported from Japan, as the box and instructions are all in Japanese, but that doesn’t prevent you from using it outside of Japan. Basically I received a Brand New OLED Switch for $50 under MSRP. Would recommend!

Terrible product, split screen and joystick problems, they wouldn’t let me change it.

Buyer Beware! Not the USA version! Comes with international power supply!
Great system but be aware it is the international version. The power supply that comes with it is an European version and won’t work in the USA. You’ll need to spend an extra 10 yourself to get a usa power supply. Seller has been reported to amazon. Amazon was not happy and said they will fix it as the seller is supposed to write that it’s the international version and does not come with a us power supply. Also, very slow and poor communication. Aside from this the system it’s self does appear to be brand new from Nintendo but resold.

Doesn’t appear that this was disclosed but it came with the European power adapter, was expecting the U.S. one. Should be made more clear!
