I love this . I tried about 4 other portable Bluetooth speakers before and it’s the first not to sound tinny at its price range. The radio is great with the option to set channels. I could do with a bass booster though. The battery life seems really good as is the Bluetooth distance from the source. The pleasant voice informing you of the on and off and such is great. The wide red handle is fun and the long adjustable removable strap is fantastic. I’m very happy with this.

This speaker gets loud! The bass is strong, and the sound quality is clear even outdoors. I like the handle it makes it easy to carry for parties or camping. Battery lasts all day without charging. Simple to connect and also has the AUX option too.

I bought this because i needed a small speaker that I could take to small outings or in the backyard when I’m in the pool. It’s small, the battery lasts a long time and i love that it has a handle so you can actually carry it! The sound is pretty good too! lots of bass – great value!

I’ve had quite a few Monster products over the last decade-and-a-half from speakers to headphones. This is the first disappointment. I did purchase it at a “limited time deal” so at 75% off, it’s hard to really complain, but if you’re paying full price or even half price, I’d recommend going elsewhere.Pros:• lightweight• clean form factor• rubber feet feel stable on a table• 2 carry straps (hand, shoulder)• can get loud• easy to connect• mid and treble are crisp• many source options: Bluetooth, Auxiliary, SD card, microphone, radio• with a SD card and microphone, there’s a record and playback feature (cant recall any speakers with this feature)Cons:• No bass… really, no bass• radio doesn’t pickup stations clearly (occasional static while listening to a station)Additional notes:• Have not tried the mic, requires 1/4 stereo plug• Have not tried SD card• Did not test battery duration• If you’re mainly using this for Bluetooth, there’s way too many buttons on top (buttons are to select songs from your SD card or radio stations)• The indoor/outdoor feature feels unnecessary, selecting “indoor” seems to just lower the volume scaleAll-in-all, for $35 I’m on the fence of keeping it. If it had any bass at all, I would definitely keep it. But listening to music on this, you don’t get the full experience… now that I’ve written this, I’m definitely returning.If you’re using this mainly as a voice amplifier (for teaching or leading a tour group), the $35 is worth it as the other features would be a bonus (and you probably wouldn’t have a recording option from other amplifiers)
