Why did I fail to connect with the app?
Please check if you have downloaded the correct app. It is only compatible with Lepro+ app, please type the entire name including the “+” when you search in the app store. ( Do NOT download the “Lepro LampUX” app which is not compatible).
Do I have to turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth before connecting?
Yes, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on before connecting. Otherwise, it may cause you to not search for the device or fail to connect. It’s also best to keep both on during use to ensure proper functionality.
Why does the connection fail even when I turn on the Wi-Fi?
Please check if you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. (NOT support 5Ghz)
After turning on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi at the same time for the first pairing, do I still need to keep them on?
Once paired, you can control the bulb via Wi-Fi only or Bluetooth + mobile data within the signal range. If you only turn on Bluetooth, you will only be able to control color changes.
Why can’t the old “Lepro LampUX” APP be used anymore?
In order to comprehensively improve users’ experience, we developed the “Lepro+” APP by using a new architecture and incorporated a new AI Generated Lighting algorithm. The old one no longer supports the functions of current product.
How to Install & Connect Lepro N1 AI Smart RGB Rope Light
Turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone (Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi).Download the Lepro+ app (Compatible with Lepro+ only, not compatible with Lepro LampUX).Register a new account in the Lepro+ app.Turn on the N1 RGB Rope Light and it will flash blue. Check if your phone detects the device on the screen.Follow the instructions on the screen to connect. Then you will unlock a fantastic light journey!

Worth the money ! Yay ! Sooo mannyy light sequences. So pretty. Can be super bright or dim. Easy set up. Only used the stickies & yea I have a painted wall but my deposit wasnt too much so I dont care to get it back when I eventually move Lol.

Ordered this for my little cousin and he loved it, I helped him set it up which is easy; plus it looks aesthetically pleasing with his whole pc set up. Great product! You can control the lights with the remote it comes with, plus it comes with some type of tape that has hooks on for the lights!

Enjoyable but app is kinda annoying
Overall, these are good rope lights. Good color, durability, adhesives and all that wonderful stuff. My only con is that the app is kinda broken. You can’t simply choose from different scenes like govee. They really push their AI software thing. DIY is confusing too. There’s no DIY button, and the only way to customize stuff is to use the AI and edit it. I like it, but the app sucks

Awesome Lights! Great App! Tons of Variations!
I absolutely love these lights! We got them for Xmas for my son’s room and he was so excited! The 1st thing we did was plug them in & test out the app which was easy and user friendly. My son is 13 & he has no problem navigating the app and programming his lights. The options for colors and patterns are endless, he changes it every day and the colors are super bright and vibrant. He picked a shape for us to try and it took some trial and error but we figured it out. We ended up using some leftover metal heat tape to temporarily stick and move the rope around until we had it where we wanted it. It held the weight of the rope and didn’t damage it or the paint while we stuck & unstuck to adjust our shape. Then we just replaced areas that were taped with the provided clips which work SUPER well! They stick great and you don’t have to put a bunch of nail holes in your wall to hold the clips! Just be patient hanging them if you are doing something more complicated than a squiggle. Ended up being my son’s favorite gift!

these lights are very good, they’re bright, the adhesive i’m not sure if it’s good or not because i screwed them in. Value for money at first i thought it was very expensive for 10 feet, but after i set them up it changed my mind i think they’re priced good.

Does not last a year
Hasn’t even been a year yet.. half of the light does not work. Dead pixel in the middle which causes the rest of the light to also be dead. Hasn’t even been a year…

I didn’t realize these were AI rope lights, when I ordered them.Set up was super easy; get the app, sign in, add lights, add wifi then have fun! Everything is adjustable. Speed, brightness, colours, and rotation. They have timer features. The AI feature is neat, it sure gives a lot of options. I found that making the DIY scenarios is really easy to get the hang of.I ended up ordering 2 more rope lights.The Govee lights I have, suck, compared to these.

Really nice for the price… i wish the app was better, it has a lot of connectivity issues, and the settings to create manual presets sucks really bad… You cannot create anything similar to what the “AI” is able to do… and you cannot modify what the AI has done either… Brightness could be a little bit more, but considering the amazing “neon glow style” and the lower price, its still pretty nice overall and probably the best out there as of 2025 🙂
