Simple and practical lock. Exactly what I needed.
The 5-in-1 Keyless Entry Smart Door Lock has been a great addition to my home, particularly for securing my back door. I’ve had three locks before this one, varying from simple to complex wi-fi locks and they have all failed. The previous simple locks jam and are inconsistent. The previous complex locks would constantly drop signal and were a hassle to operate. Not to mention they were extremely expensive.I appreciate the convenience, simplicity and flexibility this lock offers. The ability to unlock the door using a code, wireless key fob, key card, smartphone, or physical key provides multiple ways to enter without hassle. I feel that for the price, this lock is a much better value!One of my favorite features is the remote code generation, which doesn’t require an internet connection. I can easily share temporary codes with family or friends if they need access when I’m not home. While I haven’t opted for the Sifely WiFi Gateway, the option to add remote control and real-time access logs is a great future consideration.Installation was straightforward, taking just a few minutes with a Phillips screwdriver—no extra drilling or locksmith required. The door handle is reversible, which was helpful for fitting it to my door. It promises a battery life up to a year with standard AA batteries, we’ll see.The lock is managed through a smart app, making it easy to control access and monitor the door, which adds an extra layer of security. A voice indicates that the lock is either open or closed. Overall, it has made entering and securing my home much easier and more efficient, and I highly recommend it for homeowners looking for a reliable, keyless entry solution.

Works very well.
This lock works well. Easy to use with large numbers and lights up when activated. Easy set up. Just follow the directions included and in the app. The app works well. Simply and easy. Having a back up key is nice to have. Looks find and fits the door well. I purchased 3 others.

Great buy, have three
I love these locks. We have them at two short term, rental properties, and our home. We’ve never had to use the actual key as we have them programmed with codes and or fingerprints. The battery life lasts quite a while. Never have had an issue with connectivity. They look sleek and I like the alerts sent to my phone when a door is opened. I also like being able to lock the door from my phone from another state.

Excellent product
This is a great product, and very easy to install. I simply replaced my standard door handle with the ST Smart lock in 15 mins. Then, downloaded the app to my cell phone and completed my settings.Once I created a passcode with just 4 digits…it worked straight away. You also receive two electronic key fobs, and two actual keys with the kit. Finally, because it uses your wifi, you can lock and unlock the door handle with your cell phone, its marvelous. I needed to use the support for a small issue, and they called me straight away and resolved my issue in minutes. I am very impressed with this product and their customer service.
