What should I do if AI tracking doesn’t respond when trying to activate it?
1) Restart AI or the gimbal: Turn the AI Power option OFF and ON again, or restart the gimbal.
2) Check tracking mode: Make sure the gimbal is currently in AI tracking mode. If not, switch back to AI tracking mode.
How to unpair the phone’s Bluetooth connection and the handle’s wireless connection with the gimbal?
Push the joystick downwards and triple-tap the power button on the remote handle simultaneously. Then restart the gimbal.
Note: After unpairing the gimbal’s Bluetooth, you also need to manually delete the pairing record on your phone
What should I do if the gimbal axis rotates automatically?
Method : First, switch to a non-FPV mode. Then swipe from right to left on the main screen, select Gimbal Settings > Horizontal Calibration > Auto Calibration. Let it stand still for a few seconds to complete calibration.
What to do if the gimbal motors don’t work after powering on?
1) Ensure the three motor locks on the gimbal are unlocked and all three axes are correctly balanced.
2) Attach the Remote Handle properly to the gimbal and quintuple-tap the M button on the handle for auto-calibration.
What do the screen prompts E2~E5 mean?
E2 indicates handle idling protection.
E3 indicates overload protection.
E4 indicates gimbal vibration.
E5 indicates gimbal internal error (including initialization failure, firmware mismatch).

Solid upgrade with meaningful improvements, but not perfect
I’ve been using the original Scorp C for over a year, so I was excited to test out the C2. After several weeks of use, here’s my take.What’s Better:Higher Payload (3.5kg vs 2.5kg) – This is the biggest improvement. I can now use heavier mirrorless setups and even smaller cinema rigs without worry.Built-in AI Tracker – Game changer! The original Scorp C required a flimsy magnetic attachment that would fall off. Having it integrated directly into the gimbal is so much more reliable.Balance Check Function – The app now gives real-time feedback on your gimbal balance. This feature alone has saved me tons of time during setup.1/4″ ARRI Mount – Small addition but huge in practice. Being able to mount monitors or accessories directly makes outdoor shooting much more manageable.What Stayed Good:The axes still lock in-line for easy transport, no horizon calibration needed (tested with Sony a6700), and the Scorp app remains excellent for power users. Stabilization performance is solid – tested it walking on unpaved paths in flip-flops and footage was usable with minimal post-stabilization.Arca-Swiss Compatibility – Still uses standard Arca-Swiss plates, so you’re not locked into proprietary systems. Can use aftermarket plates from SmallRig, Ulanzi, etc.The Disappointing Parts:Build Quality Feels Cheaper – The materials and finish don’t feel as premium as the original Scorp C. It’s functional but less polished.No More Integrated Bipod – They removed this feature from the original, which I actually found really useful.Poor Joystick Design – Still imprecise and easy to overshoot your target. There’s a wheel for fine adjustments, but it only works for vertical OR horizontal movement at a time, not both simultaneously.Basic LCD Screen – Technically it has one now, but it’s very barebones compared to DJI or Zhiyun options.Pro Tip:Max out the dead zone setting in the app! Out of the box, it introduces micro-movements that hurt footage smoothness. With dead zone maxed, it’s much more stable.Bottom Line:If you’re coming from the original Scorp C, this isn’t an essential upgrade unless you need the extra payload or ARRI mount. For first-time gimbal buyers, it’s a solid choice with good app support and standard mounting compatibility, and the improvements over the first generation are meaningful.Would I recommend it? Yes. It’s capable and the app ecosystem is excellent, but the build quality regression is a little disappointing.Who should buy this:- Content creators needing higher payload capacity- Users who want integrated AI tracking- Anyone wanting good app control and standard mounting systemsWho should skip this:- Current Scorp C owners happy with their setup- Users prioritizing premium build quality- Anyone wanting precise joystick control

Impressive Gimbal With Pro-Level Performance
Really impressed with this gimbal so far. It comes in a nice, well-organized package and feels solid right out of the box. The mounting plate needs to be installed, and at first it was a little tight and tricky to balance the camera, but I can already tell it’ll get easier with practice. Switching modes is super easy, whether from the gimbal itself or through the app, and I love that it supports native vertical shooting for quick social content. The AI tracking is a great bonus—it locks on without needing extra gear. Because it’s so lightweight, smooth moves can take a little finesse depending on your camera load, but the strong payload capacity means it still handles heavier setups without issue. Once dialed in, the footage is incredibly stable and professional looking. Overall, an awesome tool that’s worth the investment.

These FeiyuTech gimbals don’t get the love they need, they are really good. As someone who has and has always had the highest end DJI gimbals, these are on par with them. They’re super easy to set up and balance, they work flawlessly, connect to my camera easily, and the price doesn’t hurt your wallet.I will say, this doesn’t hold my main set up due to weight, but I wasn’t surprised about that. This works amazing for my B cam and can be used by my 2nd shooter, it’s that simple.I honestly love everything about this gimbal, and more people should consider these guys. If you don’t need auto locks, and the ability for a heat set up this is a great option.

Good product overall but with some issues
It’s a good product overall, but it has a few issues — or at least the one I received does. The Pan axis isn’t perfectly aligned; even without any load, it’s slightly shifted to the right. And the Roll axis is too stiff to move — I try not to slide it because I’m worried about breaking it. It’s also not exactly the same model shown on YouTube under this name, so it’s not easy to set up as shown in the videos.

Not fit for the item as it described.
It cannot load any large lens, even fas less than the limit, when exceed about 45 angle, the stabilizer will be out of control. It is too dangerous for the expensive camera and lens .

Il gimbal Feiyu SCORP-C2 mi ha sorpreso molto. Ma questo Feiyu mi ha lasciato senza fiato, non mi aspettavo che fosse così bello, versatile e molto funzionale, per i pulsanti c’è da imparare a usarli, sono un pò difficili e a volte ci vuole il manuale. Io l’ho provato con la mia Nikon 850 con un obbiettivo molto pesante, una volta calibrata il gimbal la gestiscemagnificamente.

SONY α7C II＋SEL85F18の組み合わせで使ってみて、まず感じたのは安定感の高さです。3.5kg耐荷重のジンバルなので、コンパクトなα7C IIと85mm F1.8のしっかりしたレンズでも、しっかり支えてくれて「相棒に選んでよかった」と思える安心感がありました。先日、ドッグランでトイプードルを撮影したのですが、縦位置撮影への切り替えもスムーズで、走る姿を縦画面でしっかり捉えられ、SNS向けのショートムービーにもぴったりでした。一体型スリングハンドルのおかげで、地面すれすれのローアングル撮影も楽々です。犬の目線で追うようなアングルも苦にならず、撮影が一段と楽しくなりました。ディスプレイでバッテリー残量やモード状況を直感的に確認でき、操作に集中できたのも助かりました。ただ、本体は約1.32kgあるので、カメラとレンズを載せて持ち回ると少し腕に響く重さも感じました。それでも、この安定した映像と撮影体験のためなら、このくらいの重さは信頼の証かなと感じます。撮影後に映像を見返すと、小さなトイプードルの走りがプロが撮ったように滑らかで、自分でも思わず「かわいい…！」と呟いてしまいました。ジンバルひとつで、いつもの散歩がまるで映画のワンシーンになって、なんだか嬉しくなりました。

Ich habe mir den Gimbal gekauft, da ich hin und wieder kleinere Videoprojekte betreue und mir davon eine Steigerung der Qualität erhoffe.Verwacklungsfreie Aufnahmen sind das Ziel und das funktioniert.Durch die Lock-Funktionen auf den 3 Achsen lässt sich der Gimbal einfach balancieren.Einmal eingerichtet, funktioniert der Gimbal tadellos.Die Stabilisierung funktioniert und auch die Akkukaufzeit ist absolut ausreichend für meine Zwecke.Die Konnektivität mit der App ist einfach und schnell einzurichten. Für mich rundum ein guter Kauf.
