There was a category 5 hurricane in my country leaving most places without power and sending generator prices through the roof. I got this to hold me over until such a time when power can be restored.When I first got the power bank I was surprised by it’s tiny size and weight, but I have to say it packs a big punch in a small package. On a full charge this power bank can charge everything in my house at least once before it runs dry.1 Asus gaming laptop 74wh battery (can charge to full or run it full tilt at 230w for about 2 hours)1 OnePlus 12 smartphone (can charge it around 15 times)1 OnePlus pad 2 (can charge it about 10 times)2 portable rechargeable lamps (can charge multiple times or run them through the night with power to spare)2 10,000 mah power banks (can charge each once with about 40% power to spare)3 other smartphones belonging to my parents (charge multiple times)I charged the power Bank to full before starting to use it as per the instructions which are clearly printed in the booklet and on top of the unit. And fully drained it for the first use as instructed (that last 1% goes the extra mile, not sure if it’s a calibration issue with my unit or just how they programmed it but that last 1% goes for a while). Recharging it with the 40w solar panels provided is very easy, just set up the panels facing the sun plug into the DC input port with provided cable and wait for it to charge,you may have to adjust the panels throughout the day to make sure they are getting to the optimal sunshine.Pros-*Lightweight I can take it to work and charge it up while I’m there on their generator*Can charge 3 items with USB ports and 2 with AC outlets simultaneously as long as total draw doesn’t exceed 300w*The fan inside is pretty quiet*Can be fully charge on solar in a day with good sun exposure with the provided panels (abt 7hrs in total from my experience)* Can be charged with AC adapter as well* Usb c port supports 45w or 60w charging so should be able to fast charge most devices.Cons-*Charges slower than expected on AC power (from 1% it takes about 5 hours)* Solar DC cable is short so often times I had to get creative with where I put the unit so it doesn’t get too hot while charging with solar*40w solar panels take a while to charge it but I guess they did say they recommend it only for emergency use and to upgrade to a compatible 60w panel if you plan to charge it on solar power often.*No app to see power input or output but at this price it’s not common anyway.-ConclusionOverall I’m very happy, at 209 this is pretty good but with the 59 dollar coupon you get taking it down to 154 after taxes this is a steal. It can top up everything I own at least once in a day before without dying, and charge back to full the next day with good sun. Would I have liked more battery capacity… Sure but for the price you really can’t complain especially since the solar panels came included. This has been keeping me sane through this tough time, being able to charge my devices without going anywhere or depending on anyone or bothering them, power my laptop to transfer movies and series to watch on my phone and tablet while internet and data is basically nowhere to be seen, powering the lamps at night so we can see without resorting to using our phones as flashlights and it has its own light too I forgot to mention, I barely use that feature though. All in all solid product.
