Nothing mini about the performance!
This was my first projector purchase as one of our televisions finally gave up the ghost. Instead of purchasing another thousand dollar TV, we figured we’d jump on the projector bandwagon and give it a try. Me today, thanks me back then for making that decision! First off, shipping was extremely fast, like here the next day ready to go fast. Inside the box, the projector was packaged extremely well. Snug in the Styrofoam cut outs that fit like a glove and would definitely protect it against being tossed about during shipping.Setting up the projector took no time at all, like minutes if that and was seamless from taking it out of the box to the minute my show started protecting onto the wall. You simply need a flat surface, or if you have something to mount it on like a tripod or stand, then that works too. You connect the HDMI cable into your phone, iPad, computer etc and you’re all set. It really is that simple!I notice a lot of people have projector screens on their wall for projecting movies and whatnot. I have found this to be unnecessary because the image quality when projected onto a bare wall is bright and the details of the images are crisp. Low lit room did not dull the viewing experience at all and we could still see the picture clearly. The audio that comes from the projector is good quality and loud for such a “mini” projector. If you like it loud like a theater experience, then you’re also able to stream wirelessly via Bluetooth or connect to an audio soundbar to amplify the sound even more.Since the projector is so easy to set up and disconnect, it would be very easy to travel with or take anywhere you need. It’s so small, it could easily fit in a backpack or other bag for on the go convenience.Overall, this “mini” projector packs a punch and delivers exceptional value and phenomenal performance. For the price, you can’t beat it! I highly recommend this projector to anyone looking for one.

Super fun for birthday party night
I picked this little projector to use at my kid’s birthday party because I wanted to do a movie night without spending a ton. We set up a sheet in the backyard, grabbed some popcorn, and hoped it would actually work. I was not expecting theater quality or anything, just something bright enough so the kids could see the movie. The setup was pretty simple once I figured out which cables went where.When it got dark, the picture actually looked pretty good for something this small. It was clear enough, and the colors were better than I thought they would be. The kids were super into it, sitting on blankets and yelling at the screen. It felt like a fun outdoor drive-in but with lawn chairs instead of cars. The sound was okay, but we hooked up a small speaker to make it louder, and that helped a lot.There were a couple of small hiccups though. You need a cable or a streaming stick to play stuff like Netflix, which I did not realize at first, so that took a minute to fix. Also, it does not like bright light much, so you pretty much have to wait until it’s dark outside. Once it’s dark though, it gets the job done nicely.Overall, this thing worked out great for the party. It’s small, easy to carry, and made the night feel special without a huge setup. The kids had a blast, and honestly, the adults ended up watching too. For the price, it’s a fun little gadget that can turn a regular birthday night into something memorable.

Slowly dying
Bought in August & less than two months later the image messed up. There’s this large smudge that grows bigger every day. It’s not on the lens as I’ve cleaned it multiple times. It will eventually be of no use & I am outside the return window.Edit: customer service reached out & apologized for the issue. They offered a couple solutions, but I just wanted to replace the item. After agreeing, I had the new projector in two days. Very happy with them because of that! No issues so far.Also, if you’re using a fire stick & having audio issues then try switching to “stereo” under the fire stick settings.

Simple, Lightweight, Compact and Functional
This projector is a great bargain. It’s extremely simple, compact, quiet, lightweight and is easy to use.The 1/4-20 mount is standard for most tripods, but can be used with most homemade hardware or permanent mounts as well.The focal distance of this projector is limited to just under 10 feet, which also limits the image size. That’s fine for most close-in presentations, but don’t expect this to work well for large back yard parties.The brightness levels are more than adequate for a dark environment, but don’t expect this to compete with a simple LCD monitor or TV. It can’t. However for evening shows, Halloween projections or for darkened rooms, it’s fine.The focus control is easy to use. The HDMI and USB inputs work perfectly. It does have a tiny built-in speaker, but fortunately this also includes a 3.5mm stereo jack for external speakers. The remote-operated firmware is pretty intuitive and this is a plug and play device. I used a USB with several MP4 shorts installed, which play and loop flawlessly. This makes it the perfect home Halloween projector. Just copy your animations from the source of your choice onto a USB, plug the USB into the projector, click on the USB icon, select the file and away you go.This device is also very quiet, with no noisy cooling fans to break the silent moments.Overall, this is a great little projector for the money. Highly recommended…
