Great entry set
Easy to install, love the app. So much easier to configure through the app vs. our old one with no app. So easy to add fingerprint or code. Also get notifications when each code or fingerprint is used. Have not had issues with fingerprint recognition. But have only had for few weeks.

Very good lock, fingerprint option iffy
Nice looking, easy to install, lots of options to get in (or out), but the fingerprint mode doesn’t work at all well for me. Fine with my wife so YMMV. We decided to turn off the auto lock; it’s a bit of a pain, but it might be a great option for others. With the iOS app, there are lots of options, so get a copy of it if you’re on WiFi.

Great buy
It wasn’t the easiest to install, but, I really enjoy this lock. It’s simple to use. I have noticed that the thumbprint needs to be reprogrammed because even though I did it initially sometimes it has trouble recognizing my thumbprint giving this five stars regardless it’s a very good quality product.

Reasonable cost for digital lock. Easy to install and use.
Straight forward instructions on installation. Took less than 20 minutes to install…5 of which were to widen the hole for the handle latch. We used a Dremel to do that (less than .25”). Also easy to teach my 80+ year old parents how to use. Love the ease of not fumbling for keys!!!

Good Smart Lock
I bought 2 of these for two different townhomes and so far they have been pretty good.I do wish there was a sensor to tell when the door was closed before the lock engages.The finger print reader is a little finicky and it always seems to be when I am carrying a lot. Perhaps that’s when my finger positioning is not great. But the PIN code is almost as fast so not a big deal.So far I am happy with it.

It’s heavy duty. Great feel to it. Love the fingerprint entry and not needing a key.
