Excellent lock, very complete and secure
I loved this lock. I previously had another one, but it didn’t have a fingerprint reader, and the difference is huge.This one offers multiple access options, which makes it very convenient and secure: fingerprint, ID card, keypad code, and physical keys.Installation was easy and it works perfectly. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can access my home in different ways depending on the situation.I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for convenience, technology, and security all in one lock.

This is an exceptional value for the price. Has so many features and the install is on a scale of 1-5 a 2. Basic tools and ability to follow instructions:).I will first start with saying that the look feels very solid. Not plastics and the finish is superbAdding the app doesn’t ask to access all your contacts or content so feel comfortable thereCreate your account and the step by step guide is spot on. I was able to add multiple house members with pin and fingerprintNot sure yet how to add the app to another users phone but that’s not a big deal yetHere is the best part,, I had an issue at 8:30 Pm. Called support. Spoke to someone who said they don’t support this model but I would get a call back. I didn’t actually expect it5 minutes later I get a call. Helen walked me through two trouble shooting issues. Said she would send me a new handle and the next day I got not only a handle but a whole new lock.Installed the handle and now everything is perfect. Outstanding service. Even after hoursI think this is a game changer for my house. If there was one thing I would improve is have it work on 5G

Great product and even better customer service
The lock is very easy to install and works as advertised. I had a technical defect that didn’t present itself for a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service and a wonderful technician engaged immediately and worked with me until the issue was completely resolved. I am definitely enjoying the convenience and added security utilizing this product.

Great Housewarming/Xmas Gift
The quality of this smart lock is superb! It packs a lot of great features/ways of opening your door. You can choose from Fingerprint, keyfob, voice via Alexa, app, physical key…I previously received the black version of this lock as a gift and I totally love it so now Im giving it as a gift as well. I have a cousin who is always on the go and multiple times she has misplaced her keys and had to leave her front door unlock to avoid missing her flight and since I have a spare key the responsibility falls on me to go lock up but not anymore! I can’t wait to get this install on her door for xmas while she is away. I know she will Love this gift as much as I do.

Great Quality, Great Features
Bought as a gift for my cousin and she absolutely loves it!!! Multiple options to unlock door such as fingerprint, key fob, password, Alexa, etc…She’s uncomfortable with the Alexa option so she won’t enable that feature but she’s super happy she can easily enter her home without pulling out a key or even typing in a password due to the fingerprint reader. Lock is strong and looks very expensive. Highly recommend

Elegant look
This door handle was not only easy to set up but the look of it is simple but elegant. When it came to installing, it was really easy to do and for being installed on my front door, no matter how much wind or rain gets on this, I can still use it and it continues to work. We are still able to use the keys when needed but my kids are able to use their fingerprints instead of fumbling for keys. As soon as you press your finger on this panel, the reader immediately reads it and unlocks the door. Not to mention, this stays connected throughout the whole time. The app also allows us to check if the knob is locked or unlocked. Super easy to recognize fingerprints without having to constantly move your finger around either.

Great lock all around
It was pretty easy to install the hardware. The setup was also pretty simple despite of many features this device delivers. It is a great lock all around and I love that it has several ways to control it and in addition it has a mechanical key for emergency citations. Also appreciate the auto-lock feature and compatibility with Alexa and Google assistant.

Fingerprint unlock sometimes works.
I installed this lock set a couple weeks ago and the thumb print reader is very inconsistent. Setting up fingerprints with the app took many tries before it actually accepted my thumb print. In use, the fingerprint unlock is very inconsistent. I usually try several times and then just enter the code. Today the handle stopped engaging the door latch. So now, even if the deadbolt does unlock I still can’t get in my front door.
