No Real Time Translation. No Offline Mode.
Does not Function as advertised. Does NOT have “Real Time Translation”. Does NOT have “Offline Mode”. All Lies. You open an app on your phone and press a “Record” button, say things in one language then Press “Stop” and it plays it back in another language (that is NOT real time Translation). Google Translate (which is free, and can be used with any earbuds, or no earbuds) does everything that the “NebulaBuds” app they have you download for these earbuds can do. I e-mailed the company for support a Month ago, and they still have not gotten back to me. Terrible customer support.

Don’t waste your money or time
This could not connect without an activation code.I asked for support and they told me that a code was not required.After several people trying to connect the item we gave up after a week.So I am returning it as it just does not connect.Very disappointed as it was purchased for two very important meetings.I had to go and pay for an interpreter.

Disappointed I get the AI translator headphones, especially for the translating. When I go to set everything up seems to be a barcode. I guess it is that I need to scan that supposedly was in the package. It was not so it also says that you can do it without it. I kept trying asking for help and nobody really wanted to help. I actually believe it’s rigged up that you actually have to have a membership to use them. I’m not sure if that’s true. I’m not going to find out. I am just returning the headphones. I’m not a happy person because of this

QR code activation key nonexistent
The advice came to me, looking nice and seemed to work however it did not allow you to actually use any of it features unless you have a QR code that is supposed to be on the inside of the case. As clearly showing the pictures the QR code is not there and it absolutely refuses to be anything other than your standard Bluetooth without that code.
