Fantastic high quality
I bought this dash cam for my car and I’m really glad I did. From the day it arrived it felt solid and well-built, not some cheap gadget that you worry will break.Setup was pretty easy, the mount slides in smoothly, it connects with the cable without fuss, and the instructions did the job. Once it was in, I drove around in daylight and then came a night drive to test it out. The video quality is seriously good for the price. You can clearly see license plates, even with weird lighting, headlights, shadows and all that. The rear and interior cams also give extra peace of mind.I love that it has GPS so it records where you’ve been and how fast you were going (super handy if something happens). The WiFi app is useful too, no need to pull the memory card just to check clips.The parking-monitoring mode is also a big plus: I park on the street sometimes, and it’s reassuring to know this will catch motion or an impact while I’m not in the car.If I had to pick a downside: the price is higher than very basic dash cams, but you do get what you pay for. Also make sure you install it neatly so cables are hidden and not dangling (that’s on me, not the product).In short, if you want a reliable, high-quality dash cam that covers front, rear, and inside views, this is a fantastic pick. I’m happy with it and feel a lot safer driving with it installed.

Amazing 3 channel dash cam for the performance/price!
The packaging gave the “Apple” vibe with simple presentation and neat foam inserts that protect the unit. The dash cam body is made with high quality robust plastic. The unit is equipped with a super capacitor battery with plenty of ventilation exhaust so this is perfect for high and low temp areas. The new generation dash cams are no longer installed with suction cups, but rather a plastic sheet you install unto the windshield and sticking the unit on top. The install was pretty straightforward and easy.Be wary of the way you route the cables from the main unit and rear unit = most cars now have side curtain air bags on the A pillar so be mindful the you do not block the airbag units.The Vantrue N4 Pro is equipped with the renowned Sony Starvis 2 Sensor for amazing low light high resolution reproduction. That means all the cams have the Starvis 2 sensor equipped and that means crisp footage! No touch screens on the main unit – just useful non confusing buttons to navigate through the menus. You have 4K res front, 1080P inside the cabin(captures the inside and flanks of the car), and 2.5K res for the rearThe N4 Pro S has voice commands integrated like take a photo, lock video etc and it works well! The user needs to adjust the G sensor based on your cars suspension. My Macan Turbo is always on sport mode so the its pretty stiff so I had to lower the sensitivity so it does not lock the file for every bump on the road.I’m using a 256 GB Samsung Evo Select MicroSd card but might need to upgrade to 1 TB soon (4K files are huge), There are two ways to download the files from the unit -through antrue App, a bit slow but convenient on the spot/on demand through wifi or take the MicroSd card and download the files to your computer.Overall the Vantrue N4 Pro S is an excellent dam cam unit that can save you from insurance scammers prevalent today! It is a bit pricey but can be purchased at discount during Black Friday or Cyber MondayBonus tip: I plug the unit to an external battery back for parking mode so it doesn’t kill my car battery! Update the firmware when you get the unit

Great quality 4K dash cam. It’s the best one I have ever had.For me as an uber driver, safety is my main and first priority for me and for my passengers.This great quality dash cam provides high quality videos for front and rear and inside my car with high quality voice recording as well as.It gives me complete peace of mind.Easy to install and put together. It’s also very easy to use .I also like the screen size which gives more details about speed and front view and rear view and inside the car.Fast video downloading through phone with Vantrue app or with actual memory card.Works great at night with very clear videos.It’s the best dash cam I have ever had.Strongly recommended.Can be great for Uber drivers!

mostly very nice camera aside from few small insignificant nuances
Mostly very nice dashcam.Only thing a bit annoying about it is any small bump (like speed bump or uneven road) it makes the sound that its locking the video footage, thinking its an accident. Not sure if there is a way to turn it off or not, haven’t looked yet. Also for some reason the camera view mode on display sometimes resets for some reason.Otherwise its decent shape, has display, takes up to 1TB of microsd, the image quality seems fairly decent, and fairly easy to check footage via phone. Mostly recommend it.

First impressions? This might just be the best boxed dash cam on the market. It delivers a strong initial impact with its sleek design and premium feel.I installed it in my BYD EV. The setup was fairly straightforward. The front camera records can 4K, while the rear captures in 2.5K.It’s a bit bulkier than my previous unit, and I found the voice commands a little flaky (Perhaps my Aussie accent threw it off).The rear camera is IP67 waterproof rated (whatever that means), which allows for external installation. I opted to mount it inside the car to avoid drilling into my new vehicle.That said, the rear mount is clearly designed for external use near the number plate, which makes internal placement a bit awkward. One gripe I have is with the collision detection; it’s overly sensitive. Speed bumps and potholes frequently trigger photo captures.Still, I’d rather have it err on the side of caution than miss someone sideswiping my car and driving off without a trace.Pros* Exceptional Video Quality: 4K front and 2.5K rear recording deliver stunning clarity.* Flexible Recording Options: You can choose to record with one, two, or all three cameras.( I personally disabled the cabin cam)* Premium Design & Build: It feels solid and looks great—other brands could learn a thing or two from Vantrue.* Feature-Rich Menus: Tons of customisation options make it easy to tailor the experience to your needs.Cons* Installation Challenges: The cable placement on the right side feels awkward; top-mounted would’ve been better.* Limited Mount Movement: The front camera mount lacks flexibility. A redesign could improve adjustability.* Rear Cable Routing: I had to run the rear camera cable through a panel near the airbag. Hopefully, this won’t be an issue in an accident, but it’s a concern shared across most dash cams.Overall, despite a few quirks, this dash cam stands out for its video quality and brilliant design. If Vantrue can refine the mounting and cable layout in future models, they’ll have an unbeatable product.

Die VANTRUE N4 Pro macht ein richtig gutes Bild, auch nachts sind Kennzeichen und Details klar zu erkennen. Installation war einfach, und falls man sich mal mit der Position vertut, liegen direkt zwei Befestigungstapes bei, sehr praktisch.Die Kamera gibt einem echt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr, weil einfach alles dokumentiert wird. Die App funktioniert auch gut, Verbindung klappt schnell und die Aufnahmen lassen sich problemlos anschauen und speichern.Für mich eine rundum gelungene Dashcam, die tut, was sie soll und das in richtig guter Qualität. Kann ich jedem der nach einer guten Dashcam sucht empfehlen.
