Fantastic opens up a lot of opportunities with you car. Make sure to learn some German though. Pro plan would work but ultimate allows more freedom

Save your money and time
Terrible. Just won’t connect, no matter what you do. And even if it does, it takes a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes. This aside from the ridiculous cost of in-app credits that are required to do anything with it in the first place. Horrible horrible horrible

Professional tool that will save you money
The quality was as expected per description, this is a must have diagnostic tool on Audi, VW. Speed of the device is very good. Ease of use will require some time as it has a lot of features that are not straight forward. The value is an excellent beginner and professional alike.

Need to setup online account to use
Setup process is needless and took me about 30 minutes. Not only do they make you register an account but you need to use an authenticator to activate multifactor authentication and then also fill in personal info. I didn’t have an authentication app so that’s why it took me so long. When I finally did use it on my B10 Q5, it listed 120 faults!!! Most did not have description. “Clear all” didn’t clear all of them–left with 10. Overall, can’t say it really helps me.

Easy to use but lacking in older models
Really good for reading error codes, expected more personalization (i.e. ability to program new battery), but car model is slightly older so that might be why I didn’t have it. Expensive but really easy to use and more reliable than alternatives

A upgrade from the original!
I have two Audi and they are a must to keep a eye on the state of my cars. These are certainly much fast than the original when it comes to connecting and scanning. It still takes a 60-90 second to to a full scan, but that is way faster than the 3-4mins compared to the old.

Account required, Must pay for “credits” to use this device
The device itself is fine but feels over priced especially when considering you cannot use it for free after purchase. Basic feature usage requires you pay for “credits”. If I change a feature toggle in my car, that’s between 10 and 20 credits. Why bother paying nearly $200 just to get caught with on going fees. If this device didn’t require an account and have you free use after, I would give it 5 stars. If hidden fees or limited use without paying more is the game, this should cost A LOT less, in my opinion.

Bought the pro package. Tried connecting it with Android and IOS didn’t work. Tried connecting it with different Audi/VW did not work. It won’t connect to Bluetooth , save your money and get VCDS

Jag rekommenderar starkt att man inte köper OBDeleven och att man inte litar på deras löften. Min erfarenhet är att produkten inte levererar det som utlovas och att man riskerar att förlora både tid och pengar.Jag betalade totalt 500€ (200€ för enheten från Amazon och 300€ för Ultimate-planen) för funktioner som helt enkelt inte fungerade, trots många försök. Dessutom kräver nästan varje aktivering ytterligare betalningar, vilket inte framgår tydligt innan köpet.Det värsta av allt är deras support. Jag kontaktade dem flera gånger men fick aldrig något svar. Man står helt ensam när något strular.Min tydliga rekommendation är: Köp inte OBDeleven. Lita inte på deras marknadsföring. Risken att bli grundlurad är mycket hög.
